Mr. Edwin Twitmyer was born about 1856 in Pennsylvania. He came to Washington State about 1889. By 1908 he was the principal of the Bellingham High School and living in Bellingham, WA with his wife, Alice. Edwin and Alice moved to Olympia, WA about 1921. Edwin had become the State High School Inspector for the Washington State Dept. of Education.
